DWW has been supporting a primary care clinic in Pristina with both volunteer medical and dental staff since 2004. It provides medical care for approximately 40,000 patients a year. It runs between 8am and 8pm providing a general practice type facility. It also provides specialist departments like paediatrics, internal medicine and Obstetric & Gynaecology.

The clinic also provides dental care, DWW has donated one complete dental suite including x-ray facilities, the dental patients can outnumber the medical cases at the clinic, reflecting the level of dental care in the area. DWW plans to continue enhancing local services and to send volunteers to help with further training.
